Description: Veuve Clicquot and British Nigerian artist Yinka Ilori, known as the “Architect of Joy,” teamed up to debut their "Chasing the Sun" collection and mark the start of summer. The guerilla marketing stunt took place on June 20 (the summer solstice) and included "Joy Messengers” traveling across lower Manhattan, as well as a special choreographed dance moment in Washington Square Park.

"Joy Messengers” traveled across lower Manhattan to promote Veuve Clicquot's collaboration with British Nigerian artist Yinka Ilori.

A special choreographed dance moment took place in Washington Square Park.

Attendees at the launch event received branded tote bags and keychains.

The collection's launch event was held at The Garden at The Standard, East Village.

Taking inspiration from calabash, also known as bottle gourd, this interpretation of a champagne bucket features Ilori’s hands-embracing-the-sun pattern with green accents.

Bottle toppers were shaped like Ilori’s design.

Veuve Clicquot also hosted an installation at Milan Design Week with sculptural elements such as outstretched hands and circular forms.

The Clicquot Café served sun-inspired dishes and creative seasonal interpretations.
